Backup Exec Agent 11d cannot startup after restart the server

My company encounter this problem more than 1 time. And it made the Daily Backup Queue failure.
Does anyone meet this problem and how to solve it?

  Go the "Services" window under "Administrative Tools" and make sure the Backup Exec Agent service is set to "automatic".  

  If it is already set to automatic but it doesn't start, look in the WIndows event logs to find out the error that is stopping it.

The services is start at Automatic. The Error Log as below:-

Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for the Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Systems service to connect.

The Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Systems service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Hello,

The best way would to uninstall and reinstall remote agent

1  : Uninstall Remote agent through add/remove programs.
2  : Copy 2 folders from the Backup Exec Server...RAWS32 and MSXML located at C:\prog. files\symantec\backup exec\agents folder (for default install)
3  : Copy these folders on a seperate folder on the remote server..Example C:\agent folder
4  : Open the RAWS32 folder and run setup.exe ...select Remote agent and do not select advance open file option and complete the setup.
5  : Try rebooting the server and chech the remote agent service.
