Yes it is a part of backup exec 2010 but need a license to work.
If you are not using it
= Stop the sql server (bkupexec) service
= Goto the symantec directory
= Locate the data folder rename BE_DLO.mdf to BE_DLO.mdf.old
= Locate the data folder rename BE_DLO_log.Ldf to BE_DLO_log.Ldf.old
Now
= Restart the sql server and all the backup exec server
Manually run the Database Maintenance to check if it works.
Goto
Tools > Options >Database Maintenance
Change the Peform Maintenance time to 5 mins ahead from your current time.
You can change it backup to 4 am later.

Hello AdminC,
Are you using Backup Exec 2012? If so please upgrade to Backup Exec 2012 revision 1798 Service Pack 2 - http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH203155
see this error that occurs in Backup Exec 2012 when the Database maintenance occurs and an alert is generated that the maintenance has failed. http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH201551

Can you please confirm your backup exec version?
It appears some sort of BEDB corruption. Please try performing extensive repair of database by going through following document:
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH67239
Also, is there any other application using SQL databases on this server? Also, go to alerts tab on Backup Exec and clear all the alerts there, after extensive repair.

Can you run a maintainance now?
08-06-2013 10:17 AM
@kunal.Mudliyar
Total elapsed time: 00:00:06
I checked the event viewer and no database maintenance error.
08-06-2013 10:25 AM
Thats good news! Now...schedule the database maintenance back to your time which is 3 am...
You should not see this error
I guess it happened due to corrupt DLO database.
You can choose to uninstall the DLO option too from the Backup exec, however I would suggest you not do uninstall it and leave it the way it is.
