Backup Exec Not Ejecting 2nd DAT 72 Tape Drives

I have  a client with a HP Proliant ML 370 with 2 DAT 72 tape drives.

The backup runs well and ejects the 1st time after it starts on the 2nd tape.

It never ejects the 2nd tape though.

I changed the backup yesterday from a device pool to a cascaded drive pool to try and get it to eject both tapes after the backup, I have checked with the client and it is still only ejecting 1 tape.

Is there a way to get it to eject both tapes?  If would keep the client happy as they are unhappy having to push a button to get it to eject the 2nd tape.

I have done the latest firmware on the tape drives using HP's Tape Tools Utilities.

I believe that you have selected "Eject Media After Job Complets" option in the job setup.

I have selected the eject media after job completes but it still only ejects the 1 tape not both.
