Backup Exec for Windows Server 2003

I have Backup Exec 10.0 for Windows Server 2003. It was working well but yesterday, I have noticed that the backup was not performed. When I checked, all services are stopped. I tried to restart them but I have this error:
"Impossible to start the service Backup....on the local machine. Error 1065: the specified database does not exist".
Please help.
