Backup Exec in Active-Active Cluster

I am trying to install backup exec 10.0 in a windows 2003 active-active cluster environment with 2 Virtual Servers with one Virtual Server running on each physical server with capability of failing over on second server. I went through the documentation in manual of creating virtual server using the cluster wizard in an active-passive environment and i am successfully to create the Backup application for first virtual server.

But when i go onto the second physical server to create virtual backup server for second server, i can't start the services and it seems like its been locked by the first virtual server as a resource.

Is there any documentation on configuring backupexec in active-active environment with 2 virtual servers ?
