Hi,
I have 20 Win 2000 servers with the remote agent installed from one media server. I need to be able to back these same servers up from another media server, so I'd have 2 media servers running. How do I allow the second media server to backup using the previously installed agents? At present the servers are greyed out in the backup selection list from the second server. If anyone can give me advice on this I would be extremely grateful.
