Hi,
I have a server running Backup Exec 11.d.
Since some days, the backup of this server fails with an error like "e0008524 - Unable to initialize the snapshot because the Advanced Open File Option (AOFO) is not installed on the target computer. You must install this option, restart the computer, and then run the job again".
This occurs only for Shadow?Copy?Components and System?State
The backup of root C:\ goes fine.
My question is, do I have to install the AOFO Agent on the server acting as backup server? is there any compatibility issue doing this?
