Backup Sharepoint with exceptions

Since the installation of the sharepoint agent our backup completes always with exceptions:

I searched a lot, believe me, but i don"t seem to get rid of the exception, although i installed the AOF option on both servers (we have a server farm with a db server & web server).
Is someone familiar with this problem or maybe found the solution to this issue?

If you're using another server to backup these 2 Sharepoint servers, I would suggest reinstalling the agents, and reselecting the AOFO option.
Are there any specific error messages when the job completes?

No, no error at all. But i don't like the exceptions.
I already did what you proposed in you answer, without luck.
