Backup exec 11d windows server 2003 X64

We will be replacing one of our windows 2000 terminal servers with a windows 2003 X64 terminal server. Do I have to puchase another agent for this server?

You will need a remote agent licence for this server. It is no different than a 32 bit remote agent as far as licensing is concerned. In 11d, you can now push the RAWS out to x64 or 32 bit servers from a 32 bit media server. So you shouldn't have to follow any special instructions in 11 to install it.
