We have a client running MS SBS 2003 Premium and backup exec 12.5.
I can backup every thing except for the Exchange Inforamtion store.
The job errors after about 10 -15 mins with the following messages:
Error : e000fea9 - The Backup Exec data store encountered a problem during the operation. See the job log for details.

Backup- \\SBS\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group V-79-57344-3850 - The media operation was terminated by the user.
V-79-57344-33861 - The media operation was terminated by the user.
I have created a separate job for the Exchange backup which only back's up the first storage group.
Removed the anti-virus from the server.
Disabled shadow copy.
Disabled AOFO.
Reinstalled Backup Exec 12.5
Modified the selection list to only backup data files, which works fine.
and Successfully backed up the Information Store using NTbackup.
Any advise would be much appreciated.
