Backup exec issue

Hi Guys..,

we have a issue with backup exec 2014..Our two Domain server not backup.There is one communication problem...plz find the attachement

we reinstall the agent..but no way..plz help us..

Pls ensure BE 2014 and the remote agent is updated with at least SP2. Sp2 can be downloaded from http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH225093

Secondly, if running any AV, set it to exclude from scanning the BE processes.

Do ensure the Remote Agent service is running on the remote server and port 10000 should be available as well for use by the remote agent.

Lastly, is there an event id 1000 logged on the BE media server denoting a BE service failure or a crash ?
