The application doesn't support SANs full stop. It doesn't have that functionality. It's 1 thing backing up a drive presented from SAN-attached storage which Windows sees as a local drive anyway, but another thing backing up another server using the SAN (ie. SAN SSO in Backup Exec). In this case, no it won't, not even a LAN-based server.
This version of Backup Exec is for a stand-alone server only.
