We have upgraded Symantec backup exec 12 from 11d version. After upgradation, daily backups are getting failed for Lotus Domino server. We did the following registry settings in Windows 2003 Domino server are,
HKLM\Software\Symantec\Backup Exec for Windows\Backup Exec\Engine\DOMINO Enable
Change Journal to 0.
Enable Notes Database Filtering to 0.
Still the backup jobs are getting failed. We have tried enabling the AOFO free license in Media server & remote agents. We have successfully installed AOFO agent to Windows Server & while installing the agent to Novell Netware 6.5 server, its asking for the license key for AOFO service. Earlier we got an update from Symantec that the AOFO is free license in Symantec 12 upgradation license. Please let us know what we did wrong.
