We have a new backup job that using Backup to Disk to an EMC Data Domain 160.
When running the backup, the entire network slows down to basically a halt, yet the backup still runs as normal.
We have another similar backup at a different location, and it works perfectly fine without affecting the network there.
The devices are all connected to inter-connected switches, so it doesn't really make sense why this is a problem and I'm kind of stuck at this point.
