Our backupexec server stopped seeing the tape drive. So we rebooted the server and tape drive is visible in device manager and online in Backupexec.
But when I edit a backup job the backup properties window just shows a spinning circle in the left pane as shown in the photo below:I have restarted the server and it is still the same.
After restart there was a incremental backup job that started itself but has a status of queued. This job is configured to backup up to disk. And I can't cancel it.
Please advise what we can do resolve both the problem.
