Backupexec 2010 R3 for Small Business Server

Installing 2010 R3 to a SBS 2003 entering the license number as supplied in the Box we get the error message:

"The license key you entered can only be used on a Small Business Server"

Well it is.....It did have 11d installed but it caused problems. The customer had the 2010 for some time and this is what we installed after removing 11D.Its a Tower server installed to the physical server, Xeon processor with 4 gig RAM. Only server on the domain.

Anyone got the answer as to why we get this please..

Have you verified your licesnes by going to licensing.symantec.com or by calling licensing for Symantec & checking with them the license you have got is really for Backupexec 2010 edition or not.

If not please contact licensing on 18003272232.
