I know this is probably very basic and has been covered ad nauseum but I can't figure this out. I have followed the criteria needed for an account to have access to exchange but the account continues to be rejected when clicking on messages. I have and can backup the information stores with no problem but now we want to back and restore individual mailboxes. I keep reading the admin guide and threads but i just don't get what I'm doing wrong.
