CASO license added. Now what?

I just installed the central admin server option license to my primary server. now what? i see a new tab called media servers but i dont see my other 9 secondary servers. the secondary were configured before i added the caso license. thanks in advance

Hi,

After you configure the CASO, you would need to configure the Managed media servers. heres a document that could be of help:
