How I can do a block-level backup of a netapp volume, if it's possible on symantec backup exec 2012? And for this need any license? (now I've lic's of: ndmp/advanced disk-based backup/deduplication/ent.server/storage provisioning).

If you are backing up a CIFS share, then it is file-level, not block level. For this kind of backup, make sure you have an AWS licence even though you are not loading the remote agent on the device. This is to comply with the licencing terms.
If you are using NDMP to back up the device, then it is block level. You would need a NDMP licence to do NDMP backup.

2) job's is complited.
3) how I can verify, that this incremental backup executed at block-level?
