Can I delete beremote.exe.hdmp?

The folowing file on my Exchange Server is 2GB.  Will deleting it cause a problem?  Is there any good reason not to delete it?  Thanks

You can delete that, it is a dump file.
 
Beremote must have crashed at one point creating the dump file.
