Can't add Windows System !!!

I have just installed Backup Exec 2010 R3.

And I was trying to add a new Windows System

One dialogue box appeared:

But I can't see the any Windows System in Windows System List ???

I tried many time on many machines (Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008...) but the results are same?

Help me !!!

Are you checking in backup selections window --> Favourite Resources --> Windows Systems?

Hi,

Are those servers in different domain from the media server?

If so, you will not be able to see those servers under favourite resources.

You have to use user-defined selections.

No...

My media server didn't join any domain.

First: I install and can add one machine with domain controller, it's OK.

But I can't add the second machines with the same domain or difference domain controller...

And one more my media server used backu exec version 12.5, also without domain and can add any machines...

I don't know why?

Have you tried adding those servers by using User Defined Selections?

But one more problem:

I have just uninstall backup exec and reinstall again.

And now, it can add server.

But... in Restore Job, I can't see any backup resource.

Can you help me to show it again to restore job ???

Did you uninstall remote agent or entire Backup Exec ?

If you have uninstalled BE then have you made a copy of catalogs folder ?

But the problem is still same.

In my face:

First: I installed remote agent on PC with I: 10.16.51.178 (Like picture I posted)

And I can add windows system from this IP. And the Windows System List appeared this PC.

If I delete this PC (10.16.51.178) in Windows System List and add it again, it won't be showed in list.

How can I fix it ???
