Can't connect from remote machine - Get user interface error

When connect from remote machine to Backup Exec I get Microsoft error:

Backup Exec User Interface has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I get error in event log :

Faulting application bkupexec.exe, version 9.1.4691.0, faulting module msvcr70.dll, version 7.0.9466.0, fault address 0x000013d6.

This was working OK until a backup process hung due to a tape issue over the weekend.

Install BE SP1 and check the result.
