I bought a new server, and connected my existing tapre drive to it. Installed BEWS 12.5 (x64) and patched it, installed the copy utility. On my existing server (running 11d) I installed the copy utility, and restarted the server.
I am unable to copy the jobs and selection lists between the servers (I am retiring the server running 11d). The job always fails with the message:
(Server: "BACKUP") (Job: "Copy Selection List to Media Servers Job 00001") The job was automatically canceled because it exceeded the job's maximum configured run time.
I have been trying to resolve this issue all day, with no success. Any ideas?
