Can't select network shares under Server

I have tried searching but with no luck. I am trying to select the f:\ drive under a server on the network. I can see the server, and I can expand it to see it's three drives. But they are all grayed out. The remote agent is not installed because whenever I try to, it looks like it worked but it never shows up in the services list.

I would like to know if I can back up this server without having to install the remote agent. Thanks for any help.

Lance, there's no way you can backup a remote machine without installing the remote agent on it.

If you cannot push install it, try installing it locally with the command line.
