Canceled by User Recovery which doesn't exist

Running a test backup we forced the cancellation and the alert shows a "Canceled by User Recovery", user that doesn't exist.

Also the alerts are going directly into the Alert History without anyone respond OK to them.

I appreciate any tips to resolve this issue.

Could you please elaborate on first issue?

For the second Issue, please check if you have configured automatic Responses to alerts, under tools -> Configure alert catagories.
