Cannot backup remote Exchange 2003 Cluster across the LAN

I've got my backupexec services running on both the virtual server in the cluster and my DC which has a tape library connected to it.  I cannot see the Exchange service or mailboxes from the DC using the backupexec software.  What agents do I have to have installed on the virtual server and on the DC? 

I would really appreciate any help!

You need:
  • Backup Exec installed on your DC
  • Exchange Agent license installed on the BE server (your DC) - see What are agents?
  • The Remote Agent installed on each cluster node - see Backing up Veritas Cluster Server - the concepts are the same for MSCS
  • If for some reason you want mailbox backups, you may have to change your configuration.
