Cannot install Patches

I am trying to apply Hotfix 15 to Backup Exec Ver 10.0 5520. The install starts out normally. It tells me that it computing space requirements, then prompts me to click on the update button to continue. At that point I receive an "Install Wizard ERROR!" message with the following text: " The wizard was interrupted before VERITAS Backup Exec for Windows Servers could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again." Everytime I run it I get the same results. I have tried running it with the Backup Exec services running and stopped. Any suggestions?

Please try installing hotfix 10 for BE 10.0 5520 and then observe the results.
