Cannot view DFS shares in shadow copy components

Hi

  I am using Backup Exec 12.5  insatalled on DFS server , Windows 2008.

  When I tried to select DFS shares from Shadow Copy Components , sometimes I can select it

 and sometimes I cannot.

    I have ensured that DFS services running

      Kindly help for the same

Verify that Enable selection of user shares is enabled in Tools> Options> Network and Security & Stop the Distributed File System (DFS) service during backups.
