Backup Exec 2010 - Linux Server can be seen but not browsed.

Hello - When attempting to browse / select the available Liux server for backup, an error is reported.  I have seen many threads about this and attempted to apply the solutions but I have been unsuccessful.  Can someone review the the following and let me know what can be done to correct this?

Details:

Backup Exec 2010 Media Server Version 13.0 Rev. 2896 (32 Bit) - Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard

Remote Agent Client - Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 3) - Installed RALUS Agent Version - RALUS_RMALS_RAMS-2896.9

Error Received from Media Server when attempting to browse / navigate target client:

An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of .....
The media server could not connect to the remote computer.  The remote computer may not be running the Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows/Linux.  Make sure the correct version of the Remote Agent is installed and running on the target computer.

Try adding the server under "User defined selections" with the IP address and browse.

I just tried this and received the following error:

An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of xx.xx.xx.xx.  The network path was not found.

I can confirm that this server is accessible by navigating by IP using the Windows run dialog of the Media Server ex: \\xx.xx.xx.xx

Please perform the same operation (Accessing the server through IP address) enabling the SGMON.exe tool in the below technote and upload the sgmon logs.

Also make sure that port 10000 is open on the Linux box

From your debug log, you are using IPv6 on your RHEL server.  You should disable IPv6 and only use IPv4,
