Cant access Linux server any longer

I have been running Backup Exec v12.0 since the begining of this year without any problems. I backup a Windows File Server, Windows Exchange Server, and a RedHat Linux Server. A month ago I ran the Live update and installed Hotfixes 334733 and 329072  since then I have NOT been able to backup my Linux Server. I get "Final error: 0xe0009418 - Access to a device was not authorized with this edition of Backup Exec." I have since rolled back the hotfixes according to the Symantec website but with no luck. When I check my Linux server I see it is listening on port 10000 and the version states that it is version 1364. Is there anyway of querying my server for the Serial number or Key (I have checked my Symantec website but they managed to lose ALL of my Serial Numbers and my Keys going all the way back to my V11D) so I can try and re-install the agent on the Linux machine?

Hi there, I had re installed a Netbackup Agent on a SuSE Enterprise 11, I had no problem.

I don't think U will have problems if U try it.
