I am using Backup Exec 11d on a Windows 2003 server. I have changed the password for my administrator account and the backups failed over the weekend. I logged into Symantec, it prompted me to change the password, and I did so. Now I have created a separate user for just backups and need to change that UserName and Password to the new Backup Administrator but cannot seem to figure out how.

Go to Services applet and edit each Backup Exec service. You need to update the user account and password each BE service uses.
