Sorry about the missing info. I had to change the server passwords because we terminated the IT Director. Now Backup Exec 11d will not work. I log into Backup Exec and pick my backup job and the following message pops up:
"Your default logon account could not be authenticated.
The username or password may be incorrect.
Click OK to edit your default logon account".
I click on OK. It opens the edit logon credentials box.
The Username is administrator
I click on change password and enter the new password in the appropriate boxes and click ok.
The "this is a restricted logon account and this is my default logon account" are checked (although it doesn't matter if the restricted is checked or not). I click on OK.
The same message pops up again. I cannot get beyond that.
Please help!
