Cluster resource 'Backup Exec Device and Media Service' in Resource Group 'Backup Exec' failed.

I have installed Backup Exec V12 on 2 nodes both running Windows Unified Data Storage Server.I ran the cluster setup wizard on the primary node and it created the backup cluster group fine.However the Backup exec group is failing to come online. The service that is failing is the "'Backup Exec Device and Media Service" . When I open the application on either node and try start the services I get the output below anyone any ideas.

Issue was that I was installing the programme onto a compressed drive .Once I uncompressed this it installed fine.
