Connecting with local media server takes time

Hi,
 
connecting to local media server while starting BE now takes about 20 seconds (BE 11d on SBS 2003 R1). Before it were just 3 seconds. Last thing I did was uninstalling sharepoint services.
 
Could that have something to do with event 3 in application protocol that claims a wrong tcp configuration for sqlbkupexec instance? Any way to accelerate again?

I uninstalled BE, uninstalled SQL server 2005, reinstalled everything. Now it seems to work again.
