Continuous Protection Server Serial Number Problem

Hello,

last week we bought a Backup Exec ver. 10d licence with CPS (countinuous protection server) software and licence. The licence nr. came with the rest of the prducts but the installation is a diffrenet cd. When I try to install CPS and I come to the enter serial number wizard window, I get serial number not valid.
the serial number look something like
xx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxx

Am I missing something ???
