DCOM and 10005 Event ID Error

Hi,
I need help badly from my Friends,
After installing backupexec in windows 2000 server SP4 i am getting following errors in event log, Please let me know how to resolve this,
This error appears every time i reboot the server.

Error Service Control Manager 7011 Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for
a transaction response from the Netman service.

Error Service Control Manager 7000 The Network Connections service failed
to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.


Error DCOM 10005 DCOM got error "The service did not respond to the start
or control request in a timely fashion. " attempting to start the service
netman with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{BA126AD1-2166-11D1-B1D0-00805FC1270E}
