DELL 124T ROBOT NOT RECOGNIZED

Using NW 6.6SP6, 39160 and BU EXEC 9.2 1401.5
 
BU EXEC does not recognize Dell 124T LTO3 library.  Sees it only as stand-alone drive.  Same server had HP Ultruim 448 library running OK (we're swapping tape libraries).  Things I've done:
 
- enabled LUN support on adapter
- have /lun_enable=ff after driver load in startup.ncf
- have also tried just /LUN and /lun_enable=ffff
- have run SCAN ALL prior to loading BUEXEC
- have worked with Dell support and they're looking into other info
 
I've since switched back the HP and as satted above, it sees the robot no problem.  Here's some SCSI info from bediag (when I had both drives installed):
