DLO Agent not Working on Reimaged Workstation

I have a workstation where I had to reinstall Windows XP. The computer was given the same name it originally had in the domain. I have tried reinstalling the DLO Agent several time but it remains disabled. In the admin console all indications are that it is enabled. Hotfix 8 is installed.

Hello,

Please check if the DLO database (BE_DLO) is created. If it is, perform a repair of the database. Refer the following technote.

Also verify if the services are present.
