DLO - Hardware error has occurred accessing "network location"

I am getting this alert error on one user. I just wanted to see if anyone has seen it and found a solution, I saw some other post about it but did not see a resolution

A hardware error has occurred accessing "\\Network location on - \\server\user*****\Default Outlook Profile.pst" on the file server.  7fffffff

Any help will be much appreciated

Is the DLO maintenance service running under the local system account ? If not, change it to the LSA...
