DLO local user folder full- should still back up to network folder, right?

I have the local disk space restricted to 5% of total for DLO. I am not concerned about the users having a backup of their selections locally, but I do need to be sure it gets to the server.

In reviewing many job logs, I see the error

%Filename% FAILED to copy to the desktop user data folder. Desktop user data folder storage limit has been reached.

When I then check to see if these same files have been backed up to the users network folder, I don't find them.

Shouldn't they be there?

Hello,

Perform the following steps and verify the results.
1. Exit the dlo client and Rename the following to .old.
\Documents and Settings\%%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Veritas\DLO\.settings
2. Confirm that the Network Data folder quota is not close to being
fulfilled. If is not, disregard this step.
3. Apply SP2 if not applied yet. Refer the following link to download SP2.
VERITAS Backup Exec (tm) 9.1 for Windows Servers revision 4691 - Service Pack 2
http://support.veritas.com/docs/275247

You may also try keep the local revision limit for the
user(s) to 0.
However this will limit your capability of restoring from previosu versions.
