Hello Maurizio,

What is the exact version and revision of Backup Exec that you are using ?

Please retry installing the DLO Client and then check the results.

Hope this helps you.

Hello,

From the Microsoft site download and install the MSXML latest service pack

This should resolve the issue. Let us know if this works.

Thanks.

Hello Maurizio,

I too have this same issue. I have followed through with the little amount of help I recieved. I have yet to resolve, and have searched the KB and form for any information. None of it has been helpful. I downloaded the MSXML Service Pack, and that did not help. I have uninstalled, cleaned the registry, deleted the account and set back up, but still nothing has worked. I have received any further instructions or ideas from Symantec.

Hope you have better luck than I with this issue...
