I am using 11d 6235. It has been operating with a VXA 1X10 packet loader and a VX320 drive. We've recently replaced the VX320 drive and the VXA utilities show no problems with the devices. BE shows the device as "in use" status without any way to interact with the device within BE. After reading a bit, I used tracer and it shows the following check conditions on three inquiry functions. All three functions are SRB_Function_execute_SCSI, with a sense key of Illegal Request, and an ASC result of Invalid_Field_in_CDB. I used the uninstall tool to remove any previous drivers and I've reinstalled the Symantec drivers only. This product is using current patches. etc. Any suggestions on next steps for troubleshooting?
