Could someone show me the procedure to recover VMware Datacenter after a worse case scenario like for example everything is loss but we have current backup in hand (tape).

1) Do a manual or SDR recovery of the BE media server

2) Rebuild your VM hosts

3) Restore your VM's using BE.

could you provide more detail or reference link because I'm still new on BE.

A good place to start would be the Admin Guide which can be found in the BE installation directory
