To threaten my customer/organization to pay the BackUp Exec License fees I told that we would have to quit using BE until it was paid. They have refused to pay the yearly renewal.
It has been a month and a half now do I have to quit using it?
If I don't what is the fine the customer/organization could face?
How long will it be till I have to pay for the whole thing for the beginning?

If you mean the you are currently running in Eval/Demo mode, you don't have to do anything. At 60 days, you will still be able to launch the console, but will not be able to do Backups or Restores anymore. At that point you may as well go ahead and uninstall the software
If you have a licensed install, and are refering to the Annual Maintenance Fee, you don't have to do anything at all. It's just that if you ever have to call for service, you will have to pay per incident, and won't go to the front of the queue.

...and you won't be entitled to version upgrades either without the maintenance.
BE will continue to work without renewing the maintenance though. :D
