I'm getting the title message when trying to start the Desktop Agent.  I checked and the user is not logged in at any other workstation.  Document ID: 277294 that talks about the same problem, but it is for an earlier version and I can find the client.tkk file described in the article.

I've seen situations where the workstation service in Windows caches login information for various file sharing sessions (successful or not).  It may be a long shot, but is it possible that this is occuring here?  Does a service restart solve anything?

Service restart was no help.  Even rebooted the machine, deinstalled the DLO and reinstalled it.
