Downgrade of SYMC BACKUP EXEC 2012 AGENT

Hello,

I have bought a new license of "BACKUP EXEC 2012 AGENT" by mistake, because the backup exec server I have in previous version "Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3". By the reason that these versions are not compatible is there any chance to downgrade agent to suitable version?

You can downgrade the license key with the help of Symantec Licensig Team.
