 Please write where to find drivers for tandberg lto-4 hh sas I have symantec backup exec 2012 

 Program tdtoolwin of tandberg is seen  this device but Symantec exec show Tandbeeglto-4_HH____uc19

but not install this device

Hi,

Do a search for tapeinst.exe. Run the wizard to install the latest Symantec drivers for the tape drive.

The robotics should show up as Unknown Medium Changer in Windows Device Manager.

Check the HCL below to make sure that your tape drive is supported. http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH175582 In the, Windows Device Manager, check the the tape drive has a Symantec driver and is functioning correctly. It does not matter what name it appears in BE.

i installed tandberg drivers Manager devices show that all is correct

...and backups run correctly?

You can always try:

1. remove the device from within BE;

2. Remove and delete from Windows Device Manager;

3. Disconnect drive from server and restart server;

4. Make sure the device doesn't show up in Device Manager and BE;

5. Shut down the server, reconnect the drive and start it up. Once it initialises, start up the server;

6. Run tapeinst.exe to install the Symantec drivers again and try once more.

backups do not run  Because Symantec Exec do not see that driver Only tandberg program

...ok, then run LiveUpdate to get the latest SP for BE 2012 (if you aren't running it) and any subsequent patches.

Then run tapeinst.exe and see if it installs the drivers correctly.

I also assume that the tape drive is connected to a supported HBA?

...not sure, that's why you need to check what updates are installed on your sytem first, and then manually download anything subsequent to those.
