Duplicate backup jobs stuck in Ready; No idle devices are available

Hello 

Environment details:

Backup Exec version 2012 sp2 CASO server with Tape library 2 drives and slots partitioning done.

Backup Exec 3600 appliance (BE2012) MMS Server only local Dedup folder on it.

We create our backup jobs on CAS server to run on MMS server's Dedup. Then we duplicate that data to tape library attached on CASO server. 

We are backing up normal servers and VM reside on VMware esx\vcenter server. 

The source backup jobs are all fine but we are facing problem with duplicate jobs when we try to backup VM machines. Please check the screenshot.

Is the tape drive accessible only by the CASO & not the MBES server ? If yes, then have a look @ this KB - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH188896

Thank you for your response let me check if my setup works fine the way it has mentioned in my article. But the way currently I have configured it does work for non VM level backups.
