Duplicate backup set in BE 2010

I currently use BE 2010 and on weekends, I have some jobs that are being stored in a disk.  After it is done, I have a duplicate job that copies it to tape.  How do I do this in BE 2012?

Go to the Backup and Restore tab, click on the Backup Job button.  When the job dialog comes up, click on the Add a Stage button  on the right hand sub-pane and you can select the duplicate to tape stage.

You can add stages to the backup job you create in 2012  or just create a "duplicate to disk then tape" job for the server(s) in question.

Is the job backing up physical servers or virtual? if virtual, hyper-v or VMWare?
