Hello. We have a duplicate job setup to transfer to tape. The Duplicate job is launching but never gets anywhere and shows "Loading Media" under Job Status. This goes on forever until we cancel the job. Under the policy proterties and the Device and Media section..... The "Device" is pointing to our autoloader and a tape is in the drive. Can anyone shed some light on this?
